Melissa Grover practices estate and capacity litigation exclusively. She brings to her work a depth of experience that goes beyond litigation, including will and estate planning, estate administration, and family law.
Melissa’s clients benefit especially from her years of practice as a family lawyer. Her sensitive handling of custody and access, spousal support, child support, and property equalization cases helps her to appreciate the complexities involved in family disputes and to give advice on the many issues where the areas of law overlap.
A critical thinker and creative problem-solver, Melissa represents clients just as effectively at the bargaining table as in court.
Melissa was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012. She obtained a J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.
In addition to practicing law, Melissa enjoys spending her time reading, running, and travelling.
